The use of our website is basically possible without giving personal data. However, the processing of personal data is unavoidable for the function of individual services on our site. The following regulations apply:

Cookies

Overview of cookies used
- cookieconsent_status: Stores the confirmation of the privacy notice and prevents its repeated insertion if the confirmation has already been made and the cookie has not been deleted in the meantime. The cookie is only set after confirmation.
- fe_typo_user: Links the TYPO3 internal session data with the current visit of the user. This allows logins to be authenticated or form entries to be checked for plausibility.
- PHPSESSID: Links the PHP session data to the user's current visit. In this way, files uploaded via a form, for example, are assigned to the session of the current user so that they can be processed/filled correctly after the upload. Is only set when necessary or when the TYPO3 session is started.
- _ga, _gid and _gat: are set by Google Analytics. In this case, too, the content is a string of characters whose meaning we cannot determine.

Server Data
For technical reasons it is necessary that we or our webspace provider receive and process certain data from your browser (so-called server log files). These contain the following information:
- Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
- Date and time of the server request
- Request type and protocol version
- HTTP Status Header of Response
- Amount of transferred data in bytes
- URL of the requested page/file
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Browser type, version, and operating system, if applicable (depending on the value of the HTTP_USER_AGENT transmitted by the client).
These server log files are deleted after 365 days.

Purpose of Registering
We offer you the possibility on our site to register with your e-mail address to receive further information about our services as a download. For this you need a valid e-mail address. We will check the e-mail address you provide to see whether you are the actual owner of the e-mail address or whether its owner has authorised you to receive the newsletter (double opt-in). The e-mail address entered in the course of this registration is collected and stored exclusively for the release of downloads. In addition to your e-mail address, we also store your IP address and the date and time of your registration. We need this data as security in the event that a third party misuses your data and should register with your data on our site without your knowledge. The data will be used exclusively for the above-mentioned purpose and stored for a period of 365 days. The data will not be passed on to third parties or compared with data that may have been collected by other components of our site.

Contacting Us
On our homepage we offer you the opportunity to contact us by e-mail and/or using various contact forms. If you send us your inquiry via the corresponding function on our website, this data will be sent by e-mail to the responsible contact person and thus stored in our e-mail system. A copy of your request will be stored on our server for 30 days and then automatically deleted. It will not be passed on to third parties. A comparison of the data collected in this way with data that may have been collected by other components of our homepage is also not carried out.

Google Analytics
For the purpose of statistical analysis of the use of our website, we use Google Analytics and cookies, which enable us to analyse your surfing behaviour. This enables us to improve the quality of our website and its content. We learn how the website is used and can therefore constantly optimise our offer. The information obtained as part of the statistical analysis of our website is not combined with your other data collected as part of the website.
Google Tag Manager
On our websites we use the Google Tag Manager from Google. The Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags through a single interface. The Google Tag Manager service itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-free domain and does not collect personally identifiable information. The Google Tag Manager service triggers other tags that may themselves collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it will persist for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
Google Analytics
The Küfner and Küfner Webeblatt websites use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (responsible in Europe: Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Gordon House Barrow St Dublin 4 Ireland). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. On behalf of Küfner and Küfner Webeblatt, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. We use cookies on our web pages to provide a service from Convert Insights Inc., 340 South Lemon Avenue #9512, Walnut, California 91789, USA, to continuously improve our content for web site visitors. You may refuse the use of these cookies the first time you visit our Web site. Convert provides features that allow us to offer visitors different content on the same page at selected points on our site and then evaluate which content has been better received (so-called A/B tests). The data collected in this context is used exclusively for the purpose of improving the content of our website. Integration of Facebook and Twitter
Küfner's websites may include links to the services Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, XING [...]. After clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the page of the respective provider, i.e. only then will user information be transferred to the respective provider. For information on how to handle your data when using the websites of other providers, please refer to the respective data protection notices of these providers.
If you are a member of one of these services and do not want the provider to collect data about you via our website and link it to your membership data stored with the respective provider, you must log out of the respective service before visiting our website.
Data protection for online applications
If you send us your application documents via the corresponding function on our website, this data will be sent by e-mail to the responsible contact person and thus stored in our e-mail system. When concluding an employment contract, your data can be transferred to our personnel file if necessary and legally permissible. If no employment contract is concluded between you and our company, the data transmitted by you will be deleted eight weeks after notification of the rejection, unless the deletion is contrary to legal requirements (e.g. burden of proof in the context of the law on equal treatment) or you have explicitly agreed to a longer storage of your data. There will be no transfer and no processing for other purposes.

Processing of your data in the ordinary course of business
Initially, only our employees receive knowledge of your personal data. In addition, to the extent permitted or required by law, we share your personal information with other recipients who provide services to us in connection with our website. We limit the disclosure of your personal data to what is necessary, in particular to process your order. Some of our service providers receive your personal data as contract processors and are then strictly bound by our instructions when handling your personal data. Under application of the DS-GVO, you are entitled to the following statutory rights of persons affected, provided that their requirements are met:
- Right to information about your data stored by us pursuant to Art. 15 DS-GVO,
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data pursuant to Art. 16 DS-GVO,
- Right to deletion of data stored by us pursuant to Art. 17 DS-GVO,
- Right to limit the processing of data stored by us pursuant to Art. 18 DS-GVO,
- Right to data transferability pursuant to Art. 20 DS-GVO,
- Right of revocation at any time pursuant to Art. 7 para. (3) DS-GVO of any consent given to us; this means that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future.
- Right to complain to a competent supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 DS-GVO if you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the DS-GVO.
- Right of objection: If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO if there are reasons for doing so which result from your particular situation.
